Meet Shane
Hi! It's nice to see you here, I'm Shane. I have been practicing clinical social work in the metro D.C. area for over 24 years and have experience working with a variety of populations in a variety of outpatient, community, and hospital-based settings. Clients describe me as empathic, sensitive, intuitive, intellectually and emotionally savvy, authentic, sincere, non-judgmental, open-minded, warm, and easy to talk to.

Our Partnership
I believe that meaningful change begins with a strong therapeutic relationship built on trust, collaboration, and genuine understanding. My role is to create a space where you feel heard, respected, and comfortable sharing your experiences without judgment. Together, we'll identify your goals and tailor our work to what matters most to you.
Therapy isn't about following a one-size-fits-all approach, it's about helping you gain insight, build resilience, and create lasting change so you can move through life with greater confidence, peace, and purpose.
